«ONE OF YOUR SELLER ACCOUNT IS TERMINATED, SO PLEASE USE NEW CREDENTIALS FOR REGISTRATION» - WHAT TO DO?
Imagine logging into your Amazon account and it pops up: «One of your seller accounts is terminated, so please use new credentials for registration». Don't panic, we'll tell you more about this problem now.

Seller Central account suspension is one of the most dreaded things for Amazon sellers and it can happen due to various reasons.

What leads to the suspension?

Violation of Amazon’s policies knowingly or unknowingly is what leads to suspension.

However, you can get your selling privileges reinstated once you fix the issue at hand.
In order to reinstate your account, you need to understand the difference between the types of suspension.
There are such types of account suspension :

1️⃣ Account suspension.
This means your account no longer has any selling privileges attached to it or it is simply unserviceable. In this case, you will need to connect with Amazon so that you can gain a clearer understanding of the reasons for your suspension.

2️⃣ Account deactivation.
This means you will be prohibited from continuing to sell on Amazon and you have to file an appeal within a time frame of 90 days. If you already have a seller account that has been suspended and Amazon notices that you’ve created a new account, that kind of association can get you flagged.

3️⃣ Account denied.
This is the stage you’ll be at when the appeal you have already filed gets rejected. However, there is still some hope here as you can revise your POA (Plan of Action) and submit it again to Amazon.

4️⃣ Account ban.
This means that you have no room for appeal. Your Amazon selling privileges no longer exist and all your appeal emails go unread by Amazon.

How to recover your Amazon Seller Central account?

Once you see that your account has been suspended, it is imperative to get in touch with Amazon as soon as possible.
Go through the suspension notice and understand the primary reason for your suspension.

Everything will be easy and simple if you follow the instructions and do not break the rules.
